first time out of the box setup

Cannot bind camera to range extender. I get a green dot at the top of the app's home page. This indicates to me that the camera and range finder are bound. When I go through thr rebinding procedures I tap on the setting/genera/binding/then tap scan QR code, I get an error message that states "DJI vision 2 plus was explicitly denied access to camera. Attemps to rebind result in same message. Can anyone help me with this?

The Tx binds to the Phantom.
The camera doesn't bind to anything.
You probably mean range extender rather than range finder.
Putting on a new camera (if that's what you're trying to do) doesn't require any binding.
Just connect it up and it's ready to go.
