ESC error related to firmware update P3

[moonshot]

the P3 initialization would not permit launch when a update firmware popped up.
the required firmware was loaded and the initialization verified and proceed to the launch. but then a new error ESC error appeared.
the firmware has been reloaded
a new board has been installed
motors replaced
wire harness replaced

it appears as though the required firmware forced an update to incorporate the restricted airspace. the firmware does not allow returning to earlier versions of firmware.

any ideas? can the firmware be reset and allow to begin for start processing the earlier firmware until the latest version of firmware is loaded
