I'd like to know where these guys are fishing that they can catch tuna that close to shore. He didn't show much about the actual setup

It's in QLD Australia
They used a rubber band that breaks when the fish takes the bait.
I use a home made hook like in this vid to take the line ot and drop it.
Beats casting.
