Hello,
I have the P4P, had the P4 for about 10 months prior. I'm used to going into the Editor part after flight and whether it was with pictures or video it would say Download Original, click it, and it would download to my iPhone 6+. That option is still there for picture but recently is not there for video. I was shooting in 4K but my iPhone keeps saying it would not recognize video format. Now it says the same for my iPhone when shooting in 1080P 24fps.
I have a card reader where I can put the memory card from my P4P into that and then into my iPhone but now when I do that, pictures show up as able to be imported but videos show a question mark. I could really use some help with this. One work around I have found is putting that memory card into my MacBook, using a downloaded video converter, then sending that video to my phone as a text message. It's beyond tedious and there has to be a simpler way!
