Do you guys take out the props when you put it in the case? I see some videos where they don't but honestly I'm afraid that the items in the case would bump into the props and knock it out of balance. Is this a real concern?

Same here. I leave them on unless it is going to have other items pressed against the case. In that event i take them off and bubble wrap the top of the phantom.

If they fit yes but the triblades dont fit in my case.

I only take them off when I have the tri-blades on and intend to ship the Phantom, but I usually stick my *big* DSLR on the hole where the Phantom sits and carry the quad under my other arm.
