DJI Support - What a Joke

I won't get into all the troubles I had with DJI, but i will say I had luck, and some satisfaction, by sending them my flight records to prove my point. Have you tried sending in a flight record to show them your issues, and to prove it wasn't a crash that caused them? I did, and everything was covered under warranty. Just a thought, because their customer service does suck.

How did you get in touch with them directly? I've never been able to get a hold of someone who actually is in the repair place...
 
they told me this morning at 10:00 itwould be an hour before they had the system {DJI GO] fixed its now 8:36 at night and I still cant fly my brand new p4p+.

Which system? Is there something off activations right now? I am able to connect and fly ok at the moment and sync. Maybe just new AC?
