Anyone know what DJI are like for returns. I was informed that some batteries I had ordered would be shipped on 13th February. I then asked to cancel the order as it is my sons Birthday tomorrow and was told this was fine and that I'd receive confirmation within 24 to 48 hours.
We'll, guess what, they arrived this morning. I've emailed their sales and support departments as I'm not overly impressed. I rang around and did a 50 mile round trip to pick the batteries up from a local supplier, which obviously I wouldn't have done had I known these would then arrive.
A bit miffed doesn't cover it.
