Professional DJI Go app problem

    Hi. (before start this, sorry for my poor English)

    So my P3P has worked well untill I updated the latest firmware last week.

    The bird's update was perfect, without any problem.

    but I think there was a problem with RC update.

    it started beeping(updating) normaly, and it never ended. like 2 hours.

    So I just truned it off after 2 hours.

    Seemed like there's no problem because actually now I can fly it, take photos and videos with the buttons on the RC. (I can see the green light on the gymbol blinks when I push the button and I can see the photos and videos on my laptop without any problem)

    But I can't launch thte camera in the DJI Go app.

    When I connect the RC - phone(app), the app still shows 'how to connect' button not 'enter camera view' button.

    I've tried to use other USB lines as well but still no answer.

    My phone is Samsung galaxy S 6 edge and this worked with DJI Pilot app and DJI Go app as well.

    and DJI support is super bad. seriously.

    anyone has same issue as mine?

    rebind the controller to the bird.
