What is your point ? With the nutter who landed his radiactive Phantom on the roof of the Japanese Prime Minister's office this week, is it any surprise. This is the tip of the iceberg. There will always be a small number of nutters spoiling things for everyone else who acts in a responsible manner. Once upon a time there were no speed limits on UK motorways.... until a small number of dickheads screwed it up for everyone else.
In the hands of a criminal, a fork can be a menace.
Guns - they can take or save lives.
Junk food - it can kill but is so yummy!
Drones - dumb / bad things can be done with them but there are so many great uses!
This sort of misguided sensationalist journalism is reminiscent of the kind of stuff that was everywhere in the early days of the internet when journalists couldn't stop telling the world that bad people would use it to find out how to make a bomb.
They were completely ignorant of the fact that bad people could get the same information from a book from the library - but that wouldn't make such an exciting story.
Just putting it out there for all members to see. Seems like we have got some work ahead of us informing the public of all the benefits pertaining to drones.
Almost painful to read of all the ways they are thinking of as regards hurting 'my precious'!

There is an interesting resonance between the sensationalism of this type of media report, and the fact that you chose to post with 16.5 point font in bold.
