with the controller OFF: turn ON the Phantom only and press that button on the bottom with the red LED which you point at several times in your video. The light will begin to blink green
THEN turn ON the controller and wait a few seconds
press LED/button on Phantom again
Phantom LEDs should blink rapidly indicating controller has been properly linked
