command signal strength/ SNR?

    Hi
    new to the hobby (vocation? calling?)

    I have a DJI Phantom 2 with iOSD mini overlay unit. (plus aftermarket 5Ghz videolink & gimbal etc)

    is there a way of getting the controller signal strength to appear on the iOSD video overlay? I was kind of surprised it's not there as standard, like a mobile phone SNR bargraph.... seems rather an essential feature?

    I don't believe there's a way of doing this. I do agree that it would be useful.

    The measurement you're looking for is called RSSI, and yes it is a glaring omission from the iOSD data right now. Many other radio/OSD systems have that as a feature or add-on.
