Can't Upgrade Batteries

My batteries have an older version of firmware but when I connect to the assistant it says no upgrade available!

Do you see the data such as "Charge cycles"? If so, then maybe you already have the current firmware. Sometimes when you update the Phantom, it goes ahead and updates the battery.

I do see detailed battery information, including charge cycles. Still, why might that be indicator and not definitely an indicator of firmware version?

Hi just registered in here any help on smart battery.got new put in to drone power on all good turned off pulled battery out and bricked.no charging no LEDs lights

It might just be you need to turn it on to start charging again.
When it is on or above about 80% it won't take more charge unless you turn it on.
