can't make a dji account

my friend got a new p3p and is trying to set it up, it won't let him continue with out a dji account. and everytime we try to make one it doesn't work. we have tried on different wifis and different devices. I even signed out of mine and it won't let me sign back in. I think they must be having problems because nothing will work. can anyone else try this and tell me if they have any success? any suggestions?

I made an account a long time ago on online first with a PC, then I used my device for the quad setup.
Use your PC and then try.

I had tried that. also another browser. I think they were having problems not my side, it worked now though!
