Advanced Can't get app and remote to work together

    Please help!! I tried to fly again this week (I flew 4 days ago with no problem) and when I connected my device to the remote control, I can't view the camera mode. The app tells me to connect by clicking "equipment" but it doesn't do anything. I've reinstalled the DJI GO app several times, I've updated the firmware on the camera but it still doesn't let me connect.

    Any suggestions?

    Try logging into DJI with the app again. The app needs to know that you're a registered user.

    I've done this a few times but with no results.
