Cannection with range extender

    Hello All,

    I get my replacement from DJI Germany, it was a warranty case. It comes in the new box with QR code sticker.

    I can`t bind new camera with range extender. :|

    This is my steps:
    1) switch on all devices
    2) Push reset button on the extender
    3) Now My tablet, phone and laptop is finding WiFi signal from extender. I connect it and go to the App
    4) Push Binding and scan QR code on my box from new camera
    5) It is shown new SSID and MAC 6) I push blue accept button and get massage - "Pairing successed"
    7) Push OK, and then lost connection! IS IT OK???
    8) After this I switch off all devices and APP
    9) Switch on
    10) Try to find Phantom WiFi in the range
    11) My devices (phone/tablet & laptop) is finding it, but only on the few seconds.
    a) It is find,
    b) obtaining IP address
    c) saved
    d) lost signal and shown - not in range !!!

    Can`t connect it anymore. Only if I push reset button on my extender and do all procedure again...

    Any ideas? :|

    That's not good. I'd try re downloading your phone app

    I uninstall app and install it again. Not work anyway.

    "Replament" = Camera, not extender?

    Did you scan the QR code on the sticker (inside of the box), not the one on the box?

    Yes, when I bought aircraft I got defective camera. DJI replace it with new one. I receive it and try to bind it with range extender.
    Of course I scan sticker inside of box with MAC & SSID
    It is finding mac and ssid, but when I push blue accept button in Dji App says - Pairing succeeded and dissconect from Phantom Wifi extender. After this my tablet/phone can`t find in the range Phantms`s range extender...
