Can we change settings for the Naza V2 inside our Phantom 2? If so, how do we connect it to the PC? Via Phantom 2 usb?

Have you referred to all the manuals and quick start guides for the Phantom 2 ?

Not sure what you wish to change? Connecting via USB is needed to make changes and perform basic and advanced calibrations. Using the Assistant software is the method and the Assistants are available on the download page.
