Camera Movement after update on Landing

After the latest firmware I noticed s change in the RTH behavior. When it's triggered and on it's way home, I no longer can move my camera gimbal

Per the Phantom manual, the Phantom cannot rotate during RTH while the forward vision system is enabled.
