I normally hear stories like this about vaping and it usually boils down to user error. But I suppose a story like that is long overdue(a first for me to hear anyway). Im not saying it didnt happen tho

Just a remind to check your battery before charging who knows how long that battery was used?

Don't believe it, unless you can post a link. It's normally a damaged battery, or one that's as old as the hills.

I'm more concerned about the chargers. They get pretty hot. Battery remains cool.
