I have 3 batteries. If I upgrade firmware to 1.6 do I just install each battery as I fly and the battery will upgrade?

leave the firmware file on the SD card, put in the next batter and turn on the P3, it will upgrade the battery, do that for all three. Done..

If you leave the .bin file on the SD card, yes you can do it that way. It will take a few minutes to update the battery before your ready to fly though.

Better to do it at home, one battery after another. Then you can delete the .bin file from the card.

Awesome, thanks. Is there someplace to see the revision of installed battery firmware?

You can see the version, the hidden folder on the SD card will have P3X_FW_LOG_AB.txt file, in that you will see the version of the battery FW.

Before
[00013722][11 00][00] v1.7.0.0 -> v1.7.15.1 need upgrade.

After
[00075148][11 00][05] v1.7.15.1 -> v1.7.15.1

Wouldn't it show in the log file? [11 00]
Yes. But, you cannot see the currently installed firmware version anywhere -- like in the About section of the DJI GO app.
