Battery Charger without "Storage" or "Charge" ?

Being pretty excited about getting the new drone about 6 weeks ago, I just a few days ago realized my charger didn't have those two features... which is definitely what the picture in the advert shows! I'm not too thrilled at this and although it may seem smallish, I wrote to Beach Camera asking to exchange it for the real deal with that function.

Any others get that little slick treatment?

Which picture are you referring to? What did you receive instead?

Yes, their ad does show the OEM DJI Phantom 4 charging hub. Hopefully they'll make it right for you.

FWIW, that storage feature is not very useful. It can take many hours for the hub to discharge batteries down to the storage level. Even without that hub, the batteries will auto discharge down to the storage level on their own if you don't press the battery button.

Thanks msinger. Probably sounds like it's easier to keep the one I have than to go thru the all time consuming exchange thing. Appreciate ur input
