    Are other users seeing the dating advertisement on the left side of the page, it is annoying to me , any other comments
    or am I the only one getting this ?

    I'm not seeing them. In fact, there are never ads on the left side.

    My ads show up on the right side and nope, no dating ad here in Wyoming.
    The nude robot was a bit out there, if you ask me.

    Sounds like you have some malware, which is adding ads via your browser. Turn off and uninstall any extensions and run Malwarebytes or similar to get rid of them.

    No ads here except the site's vendors at the top of pages.

    Clear out all of your computer cache and cookies, turn it off, reboot...

    Those are probably Google Double Click ads, meaning they are following your online escapades. They should be arrested...
