I have a Spektrum DX8 I planned to use, but am worried about implementing the Return To Home and other features of the Phantom radio. Are these issues a problem, or is it pretty straightforward to put in a Spektrum receiver?
I want to add a servo to the F1 channel. Is it simply a matter of plugging a servo into the Naza port and accessing the trimpot in the transmitter?
What sort of servo and cable are needed? My limited understanding is that different brands use a different arrangement of the three wires.
Am I correct that the flight controller in the Phantom has unused channels F1 and F2? If I plug a servo into one of these channels, how can I activate it from the Phantom transmitter?
My Black GoPro leaves a lot of room behind it in the mount, which I've stuffed with foam. Seems odd that the mount is too deep for the camera. Does everyone have this issue?

I found them on line and have been trying to use the "Quick Start Guide" which leaves out A LOT of critical information.
I have now found the tutorial videos on the DJI site and they are very...

And my battery has a little white...
