Zenmuse goes loose during flight

I had about 10 flights with my zenmuse and everything went fine until today. After a couple of minutes it went loose. Power clycing the Phantom fixed the problem. Any idea what is going on ?

Are you running the updated Zenmuse v1.02 firmware? If so i would suspect the gimbal has gone into hibernation mode.

Nope, just the original firmware. I have noticed this behavior when I hold the Phantom at extreme angles too.
