Windsurfer, other options

I have a p3 adv. I recently purchased a pair of windsurfers and found them helpful, no negative issues. What would be the next step up for increased range?
Different antennas (helical ) on the radio???

Thoughts/discussions????

I'm not sure. The unboosted ITELITE is about $100. Most people find it doubles or triples their distance.

Wow that much distance , wow that crazy!! Is installation a *****, or a professional install only?

Will do. It'll probably be a few weeks as I'm waiting for the seller to get a few parts in stock that I need to do the installation.
