What app should I use to fly FPV that also controls the gopro black camera on my phantom 2?

You can't...the P2 uses 2.4GHz for the control channel so the camera broadcasting wifi at that same frequency right next to your antenna would interfere with the signal.

For FPV (video displayed on the ground) you'll need a FPV transmitter, receiver and monitor.

To control the shots on the gopro you'll just need to set it ahead of time to shoot on an interval (e.g. every 5 sec)
