Which mod do I go with?

I was in same boat as you a couple months back.

Researched the poop out of the options and went for DBS over FPVLR and ARGtek.
I did end up adding Sunhans like two weeks after adding DBS.

In hindsight; I might try to do just Sunhans with their stock 6dbi poles. But; I would say that DBS with Sunhans is just so so nice. :)
Can you tell me exactly which Sunhans amp booster you used? Thanks

Thanks guys !!! Let us know when you are ready to pick up the Itelite DBS panel ;)

I went with the DBS Mod and love it. Here's my distance comparison:

Stock: 5,433FT (1,653M)
Windsurfer: 10,881FT (3,317M)
DBS (To Date): 13,122FT (4,000M)

I could have gone further with DBS distance. I had full four bars on signal strength but was getting a little leery on the battery given the return distance and a bit of a head wind. My only complaint is that while the DBS mod definitely increased control distance, it does not seem to increase video feed distance proportionally. The video always gets very spotty while the control signal stays strong at a distance. I also noticed that when the video feed gets spotty or jerky, the telemetry data seems to not update continuously. I would think the telemetry data would be part of the control signal feed (5.8Ghz) and not part of the FPV feed (2.4Ghz). Can anyone confirm that?

Update: Telemetry does get transmitted on 2.4Ghz from AC to controller.
