Which dampeners?

I just got my phantom 2 version 2 with H3-3D gimbal. Which dampeners to use? Last time I had was H2_2D ... now there are 4 different.

the white ones. A40, 40, 50.

I use the whites ones on advise of others on here, cheers Mark

Mine came from it's previous owner with the white ones on. Works perfect for what i need and have found no need to experiment with any others.
