Which case is better for a trip?

I bought two backpack cases for my p3. One with foam, the other has padding. I usually use the black box one because i can leave the props in for the most part. I will be going on a trip soon and I was wondering which should I take and why?

I would definitely suggest the case with the cutouts specific to the Phantom. I would assume you'd have a lot of play in the other case and you really don't have any support from any side impact on the backpack. Save travels.
