What flight time does a P2V+ get? More than a P2 with GoPro?

Are the flight times generally higher across the board comparing a Phantom 2 Vision + with a similar sort of setup of say a Phantom 2 with H33D and GoPro Hero3?

Yes....H33D and GoPro are a decent bit heavier. I am seeing 12-15 min flight times and my buddy and his + is getting 20+.
