Probably because your iphone is trying to use the apple imovie to play an .mp4 file from the phantom? You can change it to record as .mov in the settings in the phantom & try that.

Might just be me but.... what is "this"?

Your subject is a vague "video" and then you just mention, "this".

With the bird turned on & the phone connected, it is in the menu on the rhs if the screen - video format.
