Very strange RTH incident this morning

I waited quite awhile at the take off location before I went looking, but yes it was kind of choppy. But when I watched the video of the flight it confirmed the spinning episode. I think the video that kxkraze provided pretty much hits the nail on the head. I looked into the flytrex live but my cell provider (verizon) couldnt provide a 2g simm card (after 30 mins on the phone with them). however I did go ahead and order the flytrex core along with the uav tracker from drone mods.

Catch me up on the 2G simm card? Does it have to be 2G? Doesn't any simm card work? ...

the way I understand from talking to verizon, it all depends on what technology your cell phone carrier uses. the sales rep told me that verizon used a 1x type instead of "g". believe it or not he said to check with tmobile?
