USB Hub Hosed my PC

So I attempted to add a powered USB 3.0 hub to my PC today and the moment I plugged it in the PC **** itself and would not boot. I tried a bunch of stuff but wound up having to reinstall Windows 10 Home from scratch. The downside is a lost a lot of stuff but the upside is I have a clean install once again. I'll be calling Amazon for my money back on the hub tomorrow.

I would have preferred not to do a new install and lose all that stuff, but I could not be without the only PC capable of 4K video editing.

Maybe post a picture and model number so that somebody else doesnt make the same mistake.

This is the unit I bought from Amazon and hosed my PC.

I suspect I got a defective unit and that other units of the same model maybe just fine, but having had this kill my PC I'm not inclined to give another one a try.
