I used the FAA .gov site to directly register and get a number for my Phantom 3 standard and it gave me a number, sent me a link and I have as recent as yesterday had notices from the FAA, such as not to fly over the wildfire areas... Good idea.
Last night my wife was balancing the books and noticed that on that same transaction I was hit with a .25 cent international processing fee and that under my registration for iFlight it said Technolohongkong.
Did I get Phished? I tried calling the FAA customer service number but really, it's just voice mail hell dropping me back to the same place over and over again.
Any thoughts?
