what is the best way to upload a video to Face Book

Depending on how big the file is I will just add it like I do photos if I don't want to edit it. If I edit it I use movie maker and so what I need to do and upload to YouTube first and then paste into Facebook. I'm a newbie so I'm sure the pros can help better.

Cant you just use the embed link from youtube ?

Better to share embed from YouTube. Facebook compression is cr#p.
