Up start battery

Hi. I bought a new Phantom 3 Pro a month ago and bought 1 after market Up Start Battery but when I tried to use it I get "battery Error". Any ideas why or it's not compatible but that company assure me that they are? I updated all my batteries already thx

Third party batteries no longer work with the current firmware.

Ok thank you. The representant assured me they would work. Obviously she's wrong.
