Telemetry to stay on?

How do I get my telemetry to stay on screen constant while flying, everything works fine, but the info will leave the screen & I've got to tap the screen to get it to show again..
when it goes, I'm left with the full screen camera view..
I'd like it to stay on always, so I can constant monitor battery & sat's etc..I think it used to, but not sure..
Using Phantom Vision app with Phantom 2 vision + I pad mini 4

You can swipe up or down on your screen with either on e or two fingers to toggle back and forth between full screen and telemetry/data

OK thanks, I may have had "auto tool bar" on too... seems to be staying on now..
