Tarot T2D Mounting To a Vision HELP

Hello all,
I need some help with mounting a Tartot T2D with the version 2 plates (Plastic not carbon fiber), my phantom has 4 holes on the bottom, Ive looked high and low for an adapter for this set up but no luck. Im sure its been done. Any ideas, pics, or direction on this would be greatly appreciated. what happened is I bought a new shell for my v2 which has 5 holes, and ended up with a p2p shell, the only difference is there are only 4 holes.
