Stock Gimbal Tile Servo Replacement

My servo died and I tried to replace it with an analog micro and now a digital micro servo but it is really glitch and slow. Is there something special about the stock servo? The PWM is different or something?? With the old phantom assistant software there were options to change gimbal servo parameters but with the new software the options are no longer there.....am I missing something?

I answered part of my question. I installed the 7th channel activation hack by clicking on H3-2D instead of vision I lost the ability to change the output frequency...gain etc. I am guess the stock servo is programmed to work with the PWM settings that the flight controller provides whereas an off the shelf digital servo does not?
