I found that using the standard DJI video format does not always work well with third part editing software
The answer is to use a Video format converter such as PavTube HD or Brorsoft. These convert the DJI initial files into what ever you need. For FCPX they convert to Apple Pro-res 422 or high Pro-res 422HD
This enables you to do better colour grading and other problems that arise The softwares are cheap around $35 00 and the results are far better, after all why spend money on a great quadcopter and then suffer poor video production.
