What is this setting for ?

It'll auto trigger RTH if your Phantom flies further than it can safely make it back to the home point based on the current battery level. When that occurs, the DJI GO app will display a message and give you 10 seconds to cancel this RTH.

Where is this setting hidden? Is it on by default? I want to make sure mine is enabled.

This is a great explanation of failsafe RTH. But, it's not the same thing as Smart Go Home.
