Selling my P3P... How to unregister with FAA

I am thinking of selling my P3P I just bought in June. Can I unregister it with FAA so whoever buys it can register it themselves?

I got a bundle with case and extra batteries but I think I'd rather sell it now.

Unless you have an N number, there is no need to unregister it. If you're a hobby flyer, then you only registered yourself. Just remove the sticker from your Phantom.

I registered as commercial use with the plan to fly commercially but I never have and don't plan to now. I just can't remember if I used the serial number of the P3P when I registered. I would hate to sell it and someone else do something stupid and it get traced back to me.
