Has anyone identified the 8 Pin SOIC Mosfet drivers for the Fan Motors on DJI P3 Standard?
I have one that is obviously blown and would like to replace it.
Thanks

Good luck buddy.
It's smaller than the eraser on a pencil.
They are located next to the "M1, M2 ect"
I just changed out my board a few days ago for the same reason.
Too old to solder those tiny little things..LOL
The numbers that were on my chips were:
SIL
F331
B2AK0
1524+
This picture might help.

Sorry to revive an old post, but just in case this is of use in the future: I don't think the "SIL F331" chip is a MOSFET. I think it is a Silicon Labs C8051F331 8051-based microcontroller (Datasheet at https://www.silabs.com/documents/public/data-sheets/C8051F33x.pdf). That chip has a lot of pins on it to be a MOSFET, but the right number to be the microcontroller I mentioned. The large rectangular chips right next to the power wires are probably the MOSFETs themselves.

Also, since the microcontroller contains internal flash that has its' firmware on it, just getting another chip from SiLabs wouldn't be enough, you'd need to somehow extract DJI's firmware from a good chip and flash it to the new one, or get a replacement chip from DJI (which they probably don't sell by itself).
