Recommended outdoor temps for flying?

I've been reading and watching multiple sources of recommendations for awhile now. Just curious, is there a recommended temperature range you will/won't take your bird out for a flight? It's been in the 20's (Fahrenheit) all week, and I'm itching to go fly, but have read that anything below freezing temps shouldn't be used. Just curious as to others experiences and recommendations. Thank you in advance!
