Question about GPS fetaure on Naza mode

After watching many Youtube video about Naza mode, I like the Course Lock / Home Lock / Failsafe features. I would like to give it a try but not sure if I select the GPS option on S1 will allow me to set waypoints easy flying under Naza ? Or the GPS mode on Naza is only for guiding PV2+ and brings it home when Failsafe is enforced ?

Naza GPS mode is the same as Phantom mode
