I am about to replace my crashed P2V+ with another. My crashed one had guards installed.

Before I buy the guards again I'd like to see a discussion on the pros and cons.

Obviously a pro is that the blades are not going to contact with objects while flying or the ground during tipovers while landing.

    The cons seem to be:
    1) less ability to fly in the wind
    2) the possible contribution to vortex ring state which can lead to a crash
    3) they are a pain in the *** to take off to pack up it in the custom Phantom case that I bought

    Anything I am missing?
