LE stands for Limited Edition. Many of the features are disabled. Cyberlink always gives this version away for free. It might be a nice way to try the software to see if you like it. I've been using v12 and now v13 and like the software. The main think is to find a video editor and learn how to use it. It takes time.

I've purchased PD recently after looking at several choices. Feature for feature it gives you a great package for a great price but Im still finding my way around it. I've always just used Microsoft movie maker, quick, simple and basic so PD is pretty complex by comparison.
