Such a pity getting wet for nothing. It is amazing that common sence goes out the window then we panic. As fuberdude said, could have flow it to the lawn.

Not trying to be a smart ***, but remember you still have control when you hit 10 percent. That's how I fully discharge my batterys, but under 5 percent it can drop off power, so you need to be close to the ground. I land a 5 percent when I fully discharge for battery maintanance...

Great lesson here, the moral of the story is, land at 30 percent and do your battery and yourself a favour...
