Hi all,

I have a phantom 2 with H3-3D Gimbal, Fatshark Predator V2 Googles with the 250 mW transmitter.
I purchased the plug and play cable for this which has the connector for the iOSD Mini.
My question is does the iOSD Mini have to be plugged in to complete the circuit to receive video signal to the goggles?

I turn everything on and I am not receiving a picture on the goggles.

I receive the iOSD Mini tommorrow and I hope that is the cure.

Any one care to chime in?

Thanks!

Yep, when using that cable (I assume you mean the one from firstpersonview.com?) the iOSD is a necessary link in the video chain. There is a version of that cable which bypasses the iOSD mini plug and just feeds vid straight to the transmitter, but if your iOSD is due that soon anyway I'd just wait and you should be golden then ;)
