How do I increase it? I'm lvl0 after 25 flights, 46,000ft distance, 2hrs flight time.

Why hasn't it gone up?

I wouldn't worry about it too much, It's just a gimmick IMHO. I've flown over 50 miles in 9 hours and I'm still a level 18.
