Phantom vision camera isn't working, but able to connect occasionally.

So this guy I know is trying to sell his vision and he said the camera doesn't work. So last night I got the gimble working, and did all of the firmware updates. The bird fly perfect except the camera doesn't want to connect over WiFi. I had gotten the WiFi to connect once for the 2hrs I invested into it but I could get any visual on screen. It said something like camera connection broken. I was not able to tilt the camera up and down either, but when I moved the quad the camera would adjust. Any and all help would be appreciated.
